Do you use boxed cake mixes?
Nope! Every cake is made from my own recipes that I’ve developed; carefully refined and perfected over time with honest and real ingredients
When can I expect my order to be ready?
I can accommodate any date/time you'd like, as long as the order is received within the required time-frame:
-Miniature Cake orders 5 or less are available within the next 24 hours.
-Miniature Cake orders of 6 or more require at least 2 day notice.
-Standard Cupcakes/Mini Cupcakes require at least 2 day notice.

When is payment due? How do I pay?
For first time customers, payment is due upon ordering.
For repeat customers, payment can be made when ordering, or when the order is delivered.
Orders in the amount of $100 or more require payment upon ordering.

Venmo (@nhubakingco + 2.5% fee), Zelle or Apple Cash to 616-218-3232, Cash/Check (for repeat customers)
Do I pick-up or do you offer delivery?
Both! Delivery orders have a $16 fee. Pick-up orders do not have a fee and can be picked up here.
What's the best way to eat my delicious cake?
Miniature cakes and cupcakes are best eaten at room temp for optimal texture and moisture! If you decide to refrigerate/freeze after receiving the cakes, please allow it to come to room temp before consuming.
What is the size of the miniature cake? How many does one miniature cake serve?
They are 6.5in x 2.5in cake pans; the cake and frosting of a miniature cake is equivalent to 2 to 3 cupcakes in one!
One miniature cake is considered one serving, but it can also be shared!
How do I decide between ordering miniature cakes or cupcakes?
The miniature cakes are great to eat right away during an event, but it's also a great 'take-home' dessert with its convenient packaging. Cupcakes are ideally best eaten during an event.
(e.g. both mini cakes and cupcakes can be served at a wedding, but the mini cakes would make a great wedding favor for guests to take home.)
Do you have gluten-free/dairy-free/vegan options?
My current gluten-free option is the Salted Caramel cake. There will be more gluten-free/dairy-free/vegan flavors in the near future!
Do you have a storefront?
No, I do not have a storefront. I do all baking within the comfort of my home with cleanliness and care!
